About Courtney

Courtney Anderson has been a full-time Realtor for 13 years and is dedicated to bringing her clients a positive buying or selling experience. With her background as a math teacher, Courtney’s focus is on educating her clients about the process and giving valuable insight when they need it. She’s also a creative problem solver, so leave it to her to figure out any issue you may find along the way.

While the real estate process may seem stressful to some, Courtney works hard to make it a seamless, fun experience by taking the time to understand her client's hopes, dreams, fears and most importantly their timeline!  Over the years, she has developed systems to make the transaction smooth and transparent. You will never wonder where you are in the process when working with Courtney. When talking with past clients, her quick response time and professionalism were key components in helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Courtney’s success shows in her 2025 ranking of #3 out of all agents at the East Regional office, top 6% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide, multi-million dollar producer status and nationally recognized President's Circle award winner. But her most prized award in real estate is her client’s raving reviews

She values education and keeping up with the ever-changing world of real estate, which is why she became an “E-Pro®” with the National Association of Realtors. She is also an active member of the Realtor’s Association of Westmoreland, Indiana and Mon Valley.

Having lived in Westmoreland County for most of her life, Courtney knows just about every town and all the fun shops and events that happen. One of her favorite things to do is the downtown Irwin “Ladies Night Out” event that happens once a year in November. She also really enjoys the Summer Fest at Cedar Creek Park in Belle Vernon and the Arts Festival at Twin Lakes in Greensburg. There are a ton of local breweries and wineries, as well as small mom and pop restaurants that won’t disappoint. And if you are a coffee lover, she has been to every local place in the county! So don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation.

If you’re visiting our wonderful city, Courtney recommends breakfast at Pamela’s diner, lunch at Primanti’s (yes, we put fries on salads AND sandwiches), and of course, taking a ride on a cable car to Mt. Washington. Since old architecture has a soft spot on her heart, she also recommends taking a walk down Butler Street in Lawrenceville, the Mexican War Streets, Shadyside, or Bloomfield to enjoy the history and locally owned shops.
